The Carrousel beer was first brewed at the request of the Leuven cultural centre 30CC, on the occasion of the unique folk festival in Kessel-Lo on Saturday 14 May 2011. For this, master brewer Marc selected four grains and a number of hop varieties, resulting in a unique blond beer with a distinctly fresh and fruity character. The beer is made with, among other things, spelt malt, which gives it a slight tartness. Simcoe hops give the beer its refreshing citrus character. With flavour evolution, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
