How can I pay online? 

You can pay at The Elderen tasting room in several ways:

√ Bancontact

√ Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).


√ Prepayment by wire transfer

You choose your payment method in the 'Pay' step during the ordering process If you choose prepayment by transfer then you will find the bank details on the order confirmation and the email you will receive. Your order will be shipped after we have received the payment. Companies, public institutions, schools and organizations should contact our customer service for specific payment terms.

Bancontact/Mister Cash

Pay safely and quickly with Bancontact/Mister Cash. Please enter your card number and expiration date and you will be automatically directed to your bank's trusted site. Prompts you to verify and pay the amount using your authentication method. Depending on your bank, that's a card reader or a password. 


Do you do internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschoot? Then you have access to iDEAL; payment is easy and follows the same strict security requirements of your bank.

Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

Your credit card information is securely encrypted through the SSL method, which guarantees a high security standard. Keep your Visa card handy to provide your card number, expiration date and CVC (verification code of your card, printed on the back). We will ensure correct handling with your credit card organisation. 

Prepayment transfer means that after entering your order, you will transfer the outstanding order amount to Brouwerij De Vlier bank account. Please transfer the amount due to the account with the number BE44 9793 2419 7445 (ARGENTA) - BIC GEBABEBB Always mention the order number from your order confirmation when manually transferring. Prepayment is not the fastest way to pay. Therefore, take into account 1 to 3 working days of transfer time. We will keep your order reserved for you for 5 business days. Orders from which we have not received payment within 5 business days may be delayed in shipping. Orders that are not paid within 10 business days will be automatically cancelled. Once we have received your payment, the products will be prepared for shipping. You will receive an email when the package is sent.

I received a payment reminder, but I've already paid.

What next? Have you paid the payment yet? No problem then, sometimes it happens that the payment and the reminder intersect. If you have already paid the full bill, you may creatively classify the reminder. If you haven't paid your bill yet, we'll ask you to do so as soon as possible.  

My order has been paid for, but not yet shipped.

If you pay by wire transfer, your order will not be sent until you receive the payment on the account. It is also the case that, in order to maintain our quality, we do not guarantee next-day delivery. Zi also the page about 'deliveries'.

Where can I find information about my invoices and orders?

All information related to invoices and orders can always be found in your Proeflokaal De Vlier account (after logging in) on our webshop.  I would like to receive a copy of an invoice. You can do this, in your Proeflokaal De Vlier account you can easily consult all your invoices.
